Our project-based learning program is designed to ignite the passion in young minds aged 6-11, fostering inspired learning. About Green School Vieques (Escuela Verde Academia Acton de Vieques): At Acton Academy, we believe in hands-on projects that spark the imagination. Our robotics and coding quests engage young learners, turning education into an exciting journey of discovery. Our school was founded in 2022, on the beautiful island of Vieques, Puerto Rico, we're on a mission to provide transformative educational experiences for every child.
Quest for Knowledge: From building robots to coding adventures, to applied mathematics for completion of their own board game creation, we develop entrepreneurial skill sets within our curriculum. Watch as your child's confidence soars while they develop essential skills needed for today's world!
Fundraiser: We're thrilled to announce our fundraiser to extend the joy of learning to even more young minds on the island of Vieques. We are offering four scholarships for the 2024 academic year, aiming to expand our project-based learning program and create opportunities for children who aspire to excel.

We are sponsored by JuntosVieques.org which runs an after school program for Vieques youth, the program reaches 150 children on the island. We are taking the tools from the school, and applying them within the local community. It is our goal to be able to raise funds to bring other industry and educational-leaders onto the island and hold workshops within the Youth Center. Leadership mentoring is essential within our youth center programs, as is human education, team-building, and public speaking. Join us on this journey of empowerment, education, and excellence.
